Spanish TV...
 

Why is it when I watch Spanish TV (even though I can't understand it, it's always when I just stop on a random channel) everything seems dubbed unless it's live/a new/talk show? Even the stuff that's done in spanish looks dubbed and their lips don't sync up. Is there a reason for this? Or am I just seeing things? :wtf:
