The match is New Jack vs. Vic Grimes in a 40 foot Scaffolding match in XPW.

On the DVD "Forever Hardcore", New Jack talks about this and admits that he tried to kill him. He says he was aiming to throw Vic onto the ring post head first, but he came up short. Here's the match in it's entirety:

I can't stand guys like Bob Holly and The Steiners who shoot on people when they're in the ring, but for once I'd be all for it if they were in there with New Jack.

Yeah, I can't believe that anyone in the industry that has openly admitted to trying to kill someone during a match AND has actually stabbed another guy repeatedly during a match with intent to kill can still find work for a wrestling promotion. (Although, I'd hardly consider XPW a wrestling promotion. It's low grade flaming ape shit if you ask me.)

Who in their right mind would have a scaffold match? Especially for the little money they make. Also, what is the point of a scaffold match?

To say you've wrestled in a scaffold match? Other than that I can't think of one.
