Which wrestlers makes you want to turn your tv off?

I have to say the Boogeyman, because he only has two moves and is getting very stale and repetitive. All he does is eat worms and iterferes in peoples matches. I hope he gets released very soon.

Xero 04-12-2006 04:30 PM

The Spirit Squad

Indifferent Clox 04-12-2006 04:32 PM

I like spirit squad they have promise individually... maybe not as a team. I don't like to be negative so i don't really know who I don't like to watch.

The One 04-12-2006 04:37 PM

On RAW
Jamal/Umwangawanna and his Cuban manager
Spirt Squad
Goldust
and as weird as this sounds, Shelton Benjamin

On SmackDown!
Boogeyman
Tatanka
Animal

In TNA
Sonjay Dutt
A1
Bob Armstrong
All of LAX
Roderrick Strong (Don't ask me why, I just hate him)

There are plenty more that I dislike, but those are the guys I simply won't sit through a match or segement they are in.

UmbrellaCorporation 04-12-2006 04:39 PM

Mostly Paul London and Brian Kendrick.

Extreme Angle 04-12-2006 04:43 PM

boogieman

Saying that, any match he partakes in

LK 04-12-2006 04:51 PM

Xero, how can you turn off when this comes on the TV?

Meh, add that one to mine. At least as of late (he didn't always irritate me), since it's been nothing but an Eddiefest.

Same here. I hate that they're getting so much airtime. Especially Armstrong. Did TNA learn nothing from the Al Wilson stuff? People don't want to see AARP members in prominent wrestling storylines unless they're Bobby Heenan.

That being said, there really isn't anyone else for me that makes me turn the channel. Call me an optimist, but there just hasn't been that much lately that was truly awful. Sure, some of it is cringe-worthy (see: Kane's recent psychotic episode), but I've seen quite a bit worse. If I could sit through Undertaker vs. Giant Gonzalez thirteen years ago, I can handle Vince McMahon in a church.

Gray 04-12-2006 05:14 PM

To be honest though, wrestling has lost its appeal the past few months, with Eddie passing away it left wrestling feeling broken, and the only other wrestler i enjoyed as much as Batista.

With both of them not on Smackdown its just boring, and i end up just watching the first few matches before giving up.

Hope Batty comes back soon and gets that fecking belt of shrimpboy, main events will be worth watching then

Yeah, that arm wrestling debacle was a disgrace. How in the blue hell can anyone on the TNA creative team think that that was a good idea and something people would want to see? I mean, you only have an hour to begin with and if some random person were to tune in at that time, they'd be lost forever. Hell, they almost lost me forever with that crap.

Sticking with TNA, he's not a wrestler but Larry Zybisko on my TV = me changing the channel. The Dudley's..er, Team 3D..have been increasingly irritating to me as faces, but not channel changing worthy.

Smackdown, I'd have to say Animal, Mark Henry, Orlando Jordan and recently Matt Hardy.

Raw, in all fairness has been highly entertaining to me as of late and I haven't changed the channel in a while. The only one I can think of is Viscera. Candice Michelle would fall into that category, but much like I enjoy hearing the crowd boo Cena...I also like listening to the crowd in total silence whenever she comes out...and the occasional "boring" chants during her matches. Until this God angle, I would have said Vince...but goddamnit (no pun intended), he's been entertaining since Mania.

The One 04-12-2006 05:23 PM

...Your saying Batista is more worth watching then Angle or Benoit?

redoneja 04-12-2006 05:24 PM

Randy Orton(well when he was on TV)- nothing against him, I used to really enjoy his work but early 05 he has been terrible, IMO.

As far as the indies go, I've always hated Xavier. IDK why, I just hate the AC Slater looking bastard.

Innovator 04-12-2006 05:26 PM

I can understand Konnan and Machete...but NO ONE DISRESPECTS HOMICIDE!!!!!!!

and yeah, fuck Xavier

The One 04-12-2006 05:26 PM

Oh god, how did I forget about Zybisko! If I even THINK he will be on TV, I change it. What's sad is I know he is going to start fueding with Raven, which means I will probably miss all of his comeback. :(

You DO know it's 2006, right?

As far as the topic, the only point where I seriously wasn't interested whatsoever on this past Raw was during the U...Uga....Jamal match. I've never been a fan of the savage characters. I didn't mind him at all in 3 Minute Warning. The Alajandro Armando Estrada guy looks like he could be interesting, though.

For some strange reason, I feel a Eugene/Umaga match coming really soon. Maybe the thumb to the neck will cut off enough oxygen to turn Eugene normal.

Speaking of, throw Eugene into that category.

I like Homicide, but he never gets to do anything. He's just being used to fill time between the start of the tag match until Konnan does his Homey The Clown impression.

I've heard good things about him elsewhere, so I'm disappointed that he's being used as Konnan's lackey. I think he'd be a good asset to the X Division, but I think it'd take another injury to Konnan for that to happen.

Isn't Homicide injured? TNA's probably waiting until he's healthy enough to play a larger/more physical role.

Innovator 04-12-2006 06:24 PM

He was supposed to get surgery, but it wrestling through the rehab. That's why he hasn't done anything significant yet. I mean cmon he hasn't even done the tope con hilo yet

Kane Knight 04-12-2006 10:12 PM
