WWE is Schizophrenic as hell with Carlito. They book a potential money feud between Carlito and RVD...and it's over in one match when RVD returns. Carlito doesn't mention one word about it ever again.
Carlito announces that MITB 2 will be at Mania. Carlito jobs to Flair and never mentions one word about it ever again.
Carlito is taken out of these potential great singles opportunities to team up with Masters. They show promise as a team and are developing a unique dynamic. WWE kills their momentum and takes them out of the Tag situation for a while on RAW. They then decide to bring them back a few weeks before Mania, fucking his MITB 2 chance and not building any momentum for anyone to care about the match at Mania vs. Kane/Show. Instead of having Masters/Carlito win the belts at Mania and get Kane & Show back into singles, they lose...only to have Kane/Show drop the belts to the Spirit Squad the next day on Raw. So the same writers for WWE that have hinted at great singles opportunities for Carlito only to fuck them up for a run at the Tag Titles....have now fucked the Tag Title opportunity for him and thrown him back into a DEAD singles feud with Masters. So now not only does noone care about Carlito/Masters feud, noone cares about the Tag Team Titles again because there's noone to feud with Spirit Squad.
So that leaves Carlito with no RVD feud, no Shelton feud for the IC belt, no MITB, no Tag Team titles and no singles scenerio that anyone cares about...I'd say they've been fucking it up for a while now.
The only question I have is how in the hell do these writers still have jobs?
