You know who is looking smaller?
Kurt Angle.
Seriously he is so small now. Not that I'm complaning, but it's really noticeable. His head is much smaller now then it has been in these past few years. Pretty amazing really. |
My mum said that last week when I was watching Smackdown too. And the first thing she said (and she knows shit about wrestling) happened to be "is Vince McMahon finally testing for steroids?".
I think it's great, but it's just weird to see.
I noticed that on Smackdown tonight. My girlfriend said it was probably due to the lack of steroids... However, he doesn't have like the HHH/Batista/Masters flabby look going though... Angle just looks leaner.
He looks a lot better for it. Some of these guys look far too big for their bodies.
I think Rey Mysterio has to be the biggest example of what steroids can do. Seriously, compare his mass now to his debut in ECW.

Mysterio looks like a fucking idiot, 5 foot nothing and ive shit heavier than him yet he has all this retarded looking muscle mass that has obviously sprung from nowhere over the years. :wtf: |
Angle doesn't look like the typical guy who quit steroids. He's looking smaller, but at least he's not looking fat or out of shape. Angle still looks like a sick bastard.
Angle has probably kept on a very strict exercise regime/diet. He seems to have lost more body fat and gained more muscle tone, probably to offset the steroid loss.
I truly think that Kurt Angle is an example of the right way to quit steroids. Be stricter on your body and diet. My g/f and I both noticed his decreased size, and we both agree that he looks a lot better for it. His face isn't so puffy, and he actually looks younger.
Angle looks sickly now. He's pale, leaner, and obviously off the 'roids. I dunno if it's side effects from the numerous surgeries he's had, but, he definetely doesn't look to be in good health.
Looks healthy to me.
I too think he looks better.
I'm at a PC where I can't get the pics themselves on here, but go to http://www.wwe.com/superstars/smackd...e/maniaphotos/
And look at the pics of Kurt Angle... he looks DAMN small in a couple of them. I'm not sure why this is.. sometimes he looks absolutely ripped and in phenomenal shape, at other times he looks rather small. Whatever the case, it hasn't hindered his in-ring ability. Kurt is the man, point blank. |
He actually looks like a normal person :O
Well a normal person with a strict workout regime/diet, who is in phenominal shape. Lean muscle= the mang. |

Oh, no doubt. I've heard ridiculous things like "His left arm is shrinking and is atrophed" and that his head has inflated (literally, not figuratively), but those pics just seem so awkward.
I know he's never been big, but even those pics worry me a bit. I hope it's just some odd illusion. |
O yeah I knew there was a thread about it, but yeah since he is small now the size of his arms are so noticable now.
Like I always heard how one was bigger then the other, but I could never tell. On SD this past week I was like "O shit that's insane." I was talking about his arms btw. |

Has he admitted to using steroids, because wouldn't they have to strip him of his medal?
Not wishing to sound stupid here, but how to the roids work? Obviously using them and working out increases size in muscles, but if/when you stop are the reverse effects really that fast?
And I think the most noticable difference is the size of his neck shoulders, again I don't think this a bad thing really, but then I was looking over pics from when he started and he's not looking too much different now anyway |

5 year olds aren't the height of rey
Alot of the times the wrestlers look bigger when they come back off of leave of some sort. After being on the road their bodies start to wear out. Thus leaving their bodies conditioned and toned but not as much bulk. Examples: Stone Cold (after any time off/the arms & beer gut), HHH, Edge, Beniot(after surgury),etc.
