MTV's Wrestling Society X

Has anyone seen it? I know a few of the names on the roster, and I know they have already had at least one show...but I have heard nothing about how it was...only that it is supposed to have a grunge feel to it. It doesn't have an official website from what I can find...so has anyone actually seen it or know anything about it other then the concept and a few match results? And if you have seen it, what was your thoughts on it?

They didn't air it. Apparently the people in charge and the groups who saw it loved it though. They are talking about scrapping the pilot and going straight into filming some sort of series.

Any word on when that might begin to air then? Or for that matter when the filming might begin (as I hear they are located in Los Angeles, which is my new living location).

It seems like startup wrestling promotions are becoming popular.....

I seen awhile back that CBS had a press-release stating their new "Adrenaline" wrestling show would air in the summer[this year]. I'm guessing neither of these will be all that good. Once you've seen TNA and WWE, these will still be inferior[unless they actually get big name stars].

And as of the last time I checked, MTV's promotions biggest star was X-Pac . If that's all they've got, may as well quit now....

If you search the forums, you should find the other thread that was pit up a while back. I think the results are in there.

If I lived in LA, the last thing I'd be doing is watching pro wrestling. And if I needed a sport fix, MMA all the way.

I already attend quite a few MMA events.
