Chimaira gone from RoadRunner?
 

I just saw it on their website. Not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing for the band.
Does anyone have any ideas why they would leave? I'm guessing RR was trying to make them do some more radio friendly stuff.
Thoughts?

my thought is that Roadrunner sucks ass.

In my view, RoadRunner has always been about the product, never about the music.

I can't hate on Roadrunner because they brought out some great albums from Killswitch Engage.

Chimaira hae done fuck all for a while.

An album and DVD out in 2005 and now working on a new album for 2006, I think they're doing alright.

Chimaira were shit. I can't really name 3 good bands on RR anyway.

Killswitch (not sure if they still are)
36 Crazy fists (repeat above)
Slipknot (I think)

Really depends how good my memory is/what your into.

KSE still was last I knew.

The other two blow.

The only other band I can mention worth a fuck is Type O Negative, and I'm not entirely sure they're on there these days.

The Roadrunner United DVD had some pretty good bands, but once again it really depends on what type of music you listen to.
