I don't have a video or gif of it, but there's one floating around of Van Dam selling a Piledriver from Dreamer (I think) and he literally goes past the top rope when he bounces back up.

How the fuck did he pull that off?

He's RVD.

I remember seeing it from ECW November To Remember 1997 when Dreamer and RVD faced off in a flag match.

As for how he did it, I'm assuming that as soon as Tommy Dreamer began falling to a sitting position, RVD immediately thrusted his upper body as high as he could, because RVD's legs looked like they were in the same position and that he could only move his upper body to give him such height.
