I thought that Stevie Ray was no longer fit to compete, a neck surgery or something that he doesn't want to risk getting hurt worse..

He and Booker have a wrestling school in Houston...and I can't see someone teaching it that can't get in there and do it...my guess is no one thinks he is worth money.
