Mickie James - Trish Stratus
 

I haven't watched wrestling in ages...I have no access to it anymore, other than the pPV's that I buy and watch.

I was reading about the trish-Mickie feud and from what I've read, this sounds like the best feud in the WWe for some 3 or 4 years. It seems to have been built up from october, with (from all reports) a top match at WM21, and is still going now.

This is the perfect feud IMO. My qeustion is, has this been the best feud of the last year?

BTW: Mickie is the hottest thing I've ever laid eyes on in the WWE. Forget this whole, "She's a wierdo--" thing. It pisses me off when people say that, because they obviously have no idea that it's a character, and that she's got a great background in Wrestling...

I dunno, people may forget about Mickie James vs. Trish Stratus as soon as Beth Phoenix and Mickie James wrestle some women's classics. It has been an awesome feud thus far. It was my favourite match from WrestleMania.

Trish Stratus and Victoria should revive their feud. Trish Stratus vs. Victoria and Mickie James vs. Beth Phoenix at Vengeance, I say. Fatal Fourway Women's Championship Match at Summerslam. :drool:

Most compelling angle on WWE tv by far.

I've been really impressed by this storyline myself. Women's feuds are decent every once in a while, but this one has been excellent. For the last few months, I have tuned in to RAW to see where they would be going next with the feud. Also being a lesbian-esque storyline with two beautiful women doesn't hurt.

Mickie's "sister" that came out on RAW this week. The blonde that she kept screaming at.

I thought she was her lesbian lover.

Actually, I didn't pay attention to the match and I looked near the end and I thought that it was Trish. She looked very similar in her face.

Oh. Might have been. I don't think they actually said, but I thought she made a comment earlier in the night about "stay away from my sister."

The commentators played it off as a fan running in, saying "Well, it's a live show, folks."

It's not the best feud in the WWE, it's the best in pro wrestling by a freaking mile! It's gotten to the point that's the only thing I'd pay to see (well other than Van Dam getting the title or a good run for Edge).

I would say that it's the best feud in a while.

I cant even begin to explain how much this one post shows how bad wrestling is right now....beacuse its TRUE. I am not sexist and totally believe females can have good story lines/ablities but....the best feud in the buisness including WWE? Damn, we are on hard times

An amazing female talent in OVW. Apparently she has pulled off Death Valley Drivers off the top rope.

She's the cousin of Brent Albright, so I can maybe see them giving her a name like "Phoenix Scott". Oh yeah, that's it. Gunner & Phoenix Scott, GS & PS. Then Paul Heyman will be forced to use their WWE name in OVW, so she'll have to become Phoenix Beth Scott, or PBS for short. :roll:

So they could wrestle together as GPS? :)

I couldn't give a toss about anything CZW related to be honest. Sounds like it has heat though and Gabe has been pretty smart in letting CZW get over on his turf. Vinnie Mac needs to take notes.

Why would Vince need to take notes on an invasion angle when he pretty much ruined the only one that had any chance of working for WWE

She's also Master's girlfriend. I've seen her before, she looks like she's a little chunkier now than she was before tho. I'm guessing it has something to do with her being CHRIS MASTERS' GIRLFRIEND. Shit like that can really make a lady turn to the comfort foods. :-\

I thought it was Ashley making a comeback. Didn't get a good glimpse of her.

Anyway, Trish/Mickie has definitely been the best feud in years, because it's been built up and paced perfectly, and even after the title transition, it's remained intriguing as the writers somehow find ways of keeping it fresh (and thus, it gets the nod over HHH vs Batista).

Actually, he ruined TWO invasion angles so let's give him the credit he deserves :D

That's what I was thinking, but I wouldn't call that a failure.

For ECW, anyway. It gave them huge exposure.

considering they dont have to worry about getting other women over right now because they only make room for one segment involving women. I can see how alot of thought and patience has been put in this fued and why its so good. Plus both women are pound for pound as talented as the men ( not stronger, but talented ).

If WWE could take this formula and use it for the men. The product would be 100% better.

I seriously love this fued so much. Micki James is nuts. Not really, but she sells it so good whether it be a promo or during a match. Micki James is amazing.

WCW Invasion died almost instantly. ECW Invasion died in one night when they merged with WCW.

Ah.

Yeah, it was so fast that I forgot that they were two invasions, technically.

WCW died when they put Booker vs. Bagwell out there, and I thought Orton loved his restholds.

WCW died when Shane McMahon was presented as the boss and they didn't sign any of the top WCW guys. If they put Booker T vs. Lance Storm (which was the other idea people were rooting for) out in Tacoma instead, the immediate results probably would have been different but it would have been finished within weeks regardless.

WWE boss: Vince
WCW boss: Shane
ECW boss: Stephanie

All these needed was for Linda to head up the AWA invasion and it would've been the greatest disaster in history.
