Ah, Eurovision was a blast this year
Was personally hoping Lithuania would win it with that "We are the Winners" song, but that Lordi stuff was pretty fun. I like Eurovision if it is fun and light hearted, and I really hope that this will actually sway countries to put bands on, rather than desperately poor Pop and Dance acts. I'd forget the Politics of the whole thing if there was some actual half decent music on it, or something, as I said, light hearted or completely different to everything else. I say good for them, about time it got a kick in the ass. |

If you'd of told me a month ago that Lordi would win the Eurovision Pop Contest, I'd of spat in your eye.
As much as they really aren't great, take that pop music :D |
I was laughing my head off when they kept awarding Lordi with 12 points. I've just listened to their latest album, and it isn't actually that bad.

You know, I love this country for dishing out a 10 to the Lithuanians and a 12 to Lordi...... we are a truly great nation.
