WrestleMania 22 DVD
 

Well, picked it up today at Best Buy for 20 bucks. Well worth it.

Everything was perfect up until the Trish/Mickie match. They edited out Mickie's pussy lick thing and Trish's botch at the end. Basically the entire last minute is severely butchered. If you didn't see it live you won't be able to tell because they do a nice job editing it, but for those who saw it live you may be disappointed.

The Eddie "chapter" of the HoF Ceremony is roughly 19 minutes, don't know how long it was on TV. The Bret Hart chapter is about 42 minutes, his speech is like 30. Also, Austin talks a whole lot more on the DVD than he did on TV.

Anyone else pick it up?

That is almost as bad as them editing Ultimo's trips and Enter Sandman (although I can understand that one)

Coulda gone to Circuit City and got that and the Wreckless Intent CD for like $20 :-\

Wreckless Intent sucks. Just got King of Kings and Burn in my Light off Napster. The ONLY reason I'd get the album is to get Batista's but I'm not wasting $10 on the CD.

Is it out in England yet?

Silvervision have it down as June, but they said that about KOTR 97 & 98 and I got that through the other day.

I'll buy it simply for the Bret speech.

I haven't bought it yet, but does anyone know how censored the main event is? I know WWE is likely to not keep in all the heat Cena got in that match.

Yeah. I'll SOMETIMES get random PPVs, and I always get the ones I go to, but I only buy WrestleMania annually.

Well then it looks like I really AM a geek then. I buy all the PPV's and 9/10 biography ones.

Also a few Tagged Classics, but not many.

Sherri's HOF induction speech was GOLD.

I buy most of the biography ones. The only recent ones I didn't get were Jake the Snake's and Ultimate Warrior's, but I'll probably wind up getting them in the future.

Sounds like a good DVD, but I already have WM 22 on tape, as well as SNME, but can anyone tell me how good the Hall of Fame ceremony is? Would it be worth getting the DVD for that alone, or is it something I can do without?

For $20, yeah, there're some pretty good moments. Sherri's speech was great - the amount of times she got interrupted and yelled back at the crowd was crazy, Bret's speech would have been A+++++ if he hadn't seemed like he was just faking his smile, and then Eddie's...

I still have WM 22 on my DVR, and have yet to record it to DVD. :heart: I'll fucking sell the "complete" edition on ebay, lol

Also if you get the dvd at walmart it comes with the rey mysterio 619 dvd.
