This totally deserves its own thread. It starts in about 18 hours, with the first match being between the hosts Germany and Costa Rica, should be a fuckin' blowout. I love the World Cup:heart: :heart: :heart: . GO USA! Oh, and Poland should go over Ecuador too.

U.S in a really tough group. Logically, Italy and the Czechs will advance. Czechs could be missing Koller, Rocisky and Baros for the opener though, which would be SWEET. But they will prolly be ready.

Anyway, i'm not predicting an England victory because its pretty unlikely. Do we have the talent? Undoubtedly, but then we had the talent in Euro 96, France 98 etc etc. BUT i do think this is the best squad we've had in ages, even with Peter Crouch over Jermaine Defoe.
