Foley is God
 

Watching WWE VS ECW Mic Foley reminded me why he is the man. His promo was incredible. Nobody, I mean nobody is as good as him on the mic. He can make everything seem real. He can shut the crowd up and make them listen to him. There's a lot of promo greats out there like the Rock and Flair amongst others, but Foley can actually tell a story and have everybody eat out of the palm of his hand. He doesn't just throw over used catch phrases, he doesn't yell like a retard, he doesn't talk about how he's going to kill the other guy to prove why he's the best. He just tells a story and makes you believe. Thoughts?

I'd agree that he's the best serious promo guy there is. Jericho & Christian for example can be hilarious, but aren't as good when they're trying to be serious and/or throwing around stupid catchphrases without being ironic about it (see TNA Christian, face Rock IMO).

That has always been my only complaint about The Rock, but Rock's promo at WrestleMania XIX gave me goosebumps. Mick Foley can deliver a promo that has that same effect when he pleases. Mick is truly one of the underrated greats.

Bret Hart is God not foley.

Wait, but Shawn Michaels screwed Bret. Which means he screwed God.

No wonder it took him so long to find God, Bret kept changing his number so Shawn wouldn't bother him.

Honestly...wheather it be heel or face, Foley and Rock are gods on the mic. The Rock because he can play a heel or a face and get the crowd into him and Foley because you can never predict what he's gonna say.

Foley is not god he is just a very naughty boy.
