Good choice, but I'd have to go with Citizen Kane or Casablanca.

I would agree...Part II is close to perfect as well.

Perfect? No. I don't think so.

I always have troube deciding between Part 1 and 2. Recently watched Part 1 again and leaning toward that now. I think if Part 1 including the DeNiro flashback scenes like in the book it be perfect but to long. But I'll say its perfect

Problem with all 3 Godfather's is they're too romantic, too glitzy, they paint the Mob as something deserving of respect, which it most certainly is not. Otherwise a friggin amazing set of films:D

Part II is much better. Thus, it is more perfect.

Casablanca gets my vote.

Direction = Perfect
Performances = Perfect
Cinematography = Perfect
Timing = Perfect

Greatest movie ever made.

Kane and the first Godfather are right up there, but Casablanca tops 'em both, imo.

Assablanca was a bit of a let down.

Godfather 1 and 2 were fantastic. But let's not forget The Wizard of Oz.

to me, these are pretty close to being perfect films.

Oh shit. Lawrence of Arabia was amazing as well. Along with The Ten Commandments.

Dr. Strangelove is pretty solid as well....so is One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest

It's not perfect seeing as there was visible errors in the movie, but 1 and 2 are definatly the best movies ever.

I think The Elephant Man deserves mentioning here. It has the top spot for my favorite movie of all time.

I would say the greates movie of all time is Pulp Fiction, I also enjoyed Crash, but Godfather was a classic and FUCK CASABLANCA, I would rather watch See No Movie....I mean See No Evil....J/K
