Mark Henry Injured
Yeah, he injured his shoulder in his match with Benoit, now he's having surgery. He'll be out for at least a few months.,

That is terrible (/monotone)

*Dances the Jig of Victory* This has been a good day. |

Oh no, what about Long? I need my Teddy Long fix every Monday Night. Booker, your turning heel buddy. And I was just starting to get into his theme song.
"Here comes the Mack millitant." |
Are you serious? Terry Long is annoying as hell

Hurray.. Perhaps now somebody who actually deserves a push will get one.
Where the hells Rodney Mack? |
Anybody else starting to think there might be a Teddy Long curse? First Mack gets hurt, then Jazz, now Henry...
|
Good thing for D-Lo that he managed to get out...
:shifty: Time witout mark henry? :</>orgasm: |

Poor Henry, seriously. I don't celebrate people getting injured, and I do feel sorry for the guy.
|
maybe now D'Lo will be rehired....

They'll prolly rehire Kevin Nash or something.
|
(Ignore the facts about Kevin. He was an example)
|
If only Jody Fleisch hadn't retired. He'd make a great replacement for Henry: black and talented.
|
Teddy Long is the mang.
Yeah, it was quite apparent Henry was hurt at the very beginning. He just look messed up. |

I bet he could still do everything he does now (nothing) with the injury.
|
Not happy to see a guy hurt, but the Teddy Long stable needed shaking up anyway. I wonder if Booker really would turn heel and bring some credibility to it.
|
Wow! Henry getting injured instead of injuring others for once!

Just to clarify for everyone, Meltzer says that the injury happened before the match, and the angle was done to explain the injury. Anyway, this seems like a good way to get Benoit and the Crossface over. They should do something next week where Hunter gets really worried about the Crossface. Maybe he could talk to Teddy Long (an excuse to get him on TV more) and ask if Henry is in really bad shape. Long coudl explain that he was fine going into the match, and then Benoit used the CRossface and now Henry is out for 4 months (or whatever it is). Then you show Hunter looking kinda scared. |
LOL. FEAR THE CRIPPLER!!!
|
Teddy Long should be named Chief of Staff by Bischoff.
|
Gowen got fired, henry got injured. Wow what a day. Next Booker T will turn heel. I think this could be what saves his career. He's like Jericho. He needs a different direction (face to heel) to boost his career (or what's left of it)
|
Quote tha Nature Boy when I say WOOOOOOOOOO!!! :y:
|
Don't be surprised if Booker T turns heel in the not-so-distant future.
Either that, or Long might head to Smackdown to manage Orlando Jones (or The Cat?). |
How much do you wanna bet this will be HHH's excuse for burying Benoit?

Apparently it's just me, but I was actually kinda starting to enjoy the Mark Henry character, despite the lackluster wrestling and the negative mic skills. I thought that the way they were using him was about the best possible way that they COULD use him. I know that's not saying much, but I really didn't mind seeing him on RAW. I can't really pinpoint it, though. Oh well.

Because of this portrayal, Henry would be good for up-and-coming mid-carders. Anyone who scored a victory over Henry would get credibility. |

On one hand, there will be one less talentless wrestler on Raw.
On the other hand, one less person to make fun of with the captions. Ah! I shall drink coke and rum! Coke to celebrate Mark Henry's injury, and rum to feel sorry for him! |
^ Well, one last caption making fun of Mark before the fun ends, eh chaps? (cheap plug: go to RAW caption thread)
|
I wonder what Teddy Long will do now
