Are you implying SD is bullshit?

If you are, I highly disagree with you, as I really believe it is the best wrestling show on TV right now. You have the King's Court which is alone better than everything on RAW.

Plus, we get actual matches each week with finishes. I dunno, I watch WWE for wrestling match quality, not so much entertaining "segments"...and SD delivers in that department.

I agree that SD is better than RAW at the moment and I don't even catch every episode. ECW gets NO reaction at all, which is gay, shit ECW is gay now.

I've been saying this for months, in terms of wrestling Smackdown kills Raw. It just lacks the storylines.

A classic one was GAB 91 when the crowd chanted We want Flair all night and didnt care about the show at all.

I think SD has pretty much sucked for a while, actually. I hate anything having to do with Booker T these days because Sharmell just makes me want to kick the TV (I can't articulate it; she's just too damn annoying), and there's really nothing to make me want to watch besides JBL on commentary and Ken Kennedy.

And even that is sort of wearing thin. I guess Batista's return will be #3 starting next week--assuming Henry doesn't break his knees in a match two weeks later...

Obviously the answer is ECW. Most casual fans don't get behind guys like Sandman, Balls Mahoney, and Roadkill because they don't know shit about their history in wrestling, and WWE isn't doing anything to change that so far.


As far as matches go, I think Lesnar/Goldberg probably got the worst crowd reaction of a big marquee match in history.

While ECW get little reaction TNA gets the wrong reaction.

Let's see. Raw's got muted reactions. Smackdown dubs their reactions. ECDub has people horribly concerned, and TNA's so retarded they could gas Jews live in the ring and still get a face pop for that shit.

Modern day ECW crowds are retarded in relative to the crowds ECW used to have, but this doesn't excuse the lameness of TNA and what I can only believe to be reactions to cue cards held up by stewards.

THis past Raw the crowd seemed non existant.

The "WWE" crowds at ECW shows are the worst.

The people chanting "We Want Cena" need to go to the Hammerstein Ballroom and try doing the same.

Also great the night after "Montreal", the crowd chanted "We Want Bret" through out the night.

Holy shit, one hour of Raw did a 2.9, that's the lowest it's been in a while. I guess Cena+DX+Edge=ratings after all.

-EDIT- Not this week's, but last week's. Sorry, they had July 26th as the listed week when they meant June. I saw July and thought they were up to this week.
