Ok I completely agree with you about the bullshit thing, It might make for some interesting feuds, but still you have to see this from my point of view.

1) the immense amount of wrestlers would be insustainable, everyone would complain about lack of airtime, unless ME-ing, or in a deep storyline.

2) This adds up to several hundred wrestlers ( if not in the thousands)
who could be able to keep track of everyone and what they are doing?
