HBO has severly limited what I watch on TV
 

As a result of watching all the insanely good original series and movies on HBO, I can't watch any dramas or sitcoms on other stations. The quality of the hbo series' are so good that when I try to get into a show like Lost, or king of queens or something, it just feels like crap. And forget about those c-level shows like stargate or alias.

Every thing looks amatuer by comparison. From the production to the acting. Pretty much the only thing I watch besides hbo is adult swim and a couple shows on comedy central.

While I agree that HBO has great programming, you should watch stuff like The Shield and Rescue Me which, IMO, are on par with anything HBO puts out.

You lost me when you knocked Stargate.

Also, that's a sick sig.

Entourage is easily my favorite show right now

Indeed, Entourage is the man.

Yeah i know what you mean Fig, we get most of the great HBO stuff here, but saying that i love The Wire, West Wing and a few other of the good US dramas too

I agree basically 90% of the shows I watch are either on HBO or FX. Also am I the only person who doesn't like Entourage. I saw the 1st season when my roommate watched it on DVD and I just thought it was OK.

2nd season is a huge step up from the 1st, IMO.

I just watched both seasons since yesterday and I think it's pretty good. I would go with LOST over it any day but I will continue watching it.

I love entourage, but I've only seen scattered episodes. Never been able to religously watch the episodes as they come out, like Sopranos and CYE.
