Kingdom Of Loathing
 
I play a click-link type game called Kingdom Of Loathing, It is a humoress site, that references various known media and pop culture things, I like the site, its fun. Although it may get repetitive, you can usually find something to do. I made this thread to find out if anyone else plays, or if someone starts and needs help.

Christ, I played that game a long time ago, and never really got back into it. Should give it another go though, also if you looked at my profile, you will see that I have not logged in in months.

I mostly do SC runs, done a few HC, and one brutally annoying HC Oxy run.

HC = Hardcore
SC = Softcore

Difference between two, is that in Hardcore, you cant interact in any way with any other characters, no buying stuff (I.e quest items) or getting them to give you stuff, stat buffs, and you have limits on what stuff you have.

Oxy = Oxygenarion - Where you cant eat or drink anything, you gain adventures (turns) by eating and drinking plus a base of 40 a day, withour food or drink, you usually only get about 40

You choose this after you beat the game the first time, once you do, you ascend (start over) with all your stuff from before, plus some prizes for completing the game, depending on how hard the run was, you will get better stuff, for example a Hardcore Oxy run will get you a wicked ass item, while a softcore no limits run will get you pretty much nothing.

If there were unlimited adventures, the game could be completed in like 4 hours.
