Remember how people said folks'd tune in to see what happened with RVD last week?
According to Nielsen Media, last week's Raw drew hours of 3.2 and 2.8, which is probably both their lowest hourly and lowest overall in ages.

Isn't that about a 3, not counting the run over? Not the lowest ever, but pretty low.
|
Yeah. I don't think WWE will ever drop as low in the ratings as they did back in the early/mid 90s.
|
Except on Holidays or preemptions, but that's expected.
Speaking of which, any word on if and when the Tennis tournament will be airing on USA? |

Hopefully Raw dies on its arse until RVD next makes an appearence.

Raw this week did a 3.9...And last weeks did a 3.6, due to the holidays
|
Okay, someone's wrong.

Nielsen's website seems to disagree on that one. At least last week. This week will not be available, ratings wise, to the public for another few days. Now, maybe yo have some inside info that trumps Nielsen Media Services, but I'd say probably not. |

These came off the Nielsen Media Services site. It's an Excell Document. I'd direct link, but their site seems to discourage that. |
Okay, I don't know why my whole post is hyperlinked.

Crap ratings are down...here comes Cena's title run

I guess that hurt Edges high ratings as champ.

Edge's ratings trailed off after Live sex. Within a 2 week period, he was back to Pre-Edge Cena ratings of 3.6

I remember the last few times they were on USA Network during the tennis tournament. Once they did it on a tape delay, which is where Naked Mideon debuted and another time they showed it on Tuesday or Wednesday. I would imagine that they would do the latter and show it (and possibly tape it) on Wednesday.
|
Two of the days they used to do it on are pretty much off limits. Friday means competing with Friday Night Smackdown, and 6 viewers might have a tough decision, Tuesday means WWECW.
|
Last Week (Not the Raw that happened on the 17th, but the week before) drew slightly better numbers, at 3.5 and 2.9. Considering this was leading up to SNME, you'd think interest was high...Oh, wait, they barely promoted that shit.
It's a step up, but a baby step. |
Not also that WWE used to be top 3, almost always both hours would be top three. This week they were 5 an 9. I don't think the rest of the week's top 10 were direct competition, so they wouldn't directly detract from ratings (I don't remember when the HR Derby was).
