The new Muse album is un-fucking-natural
 

No album written by mortals has any business being this good. As soon as I hit play, the soundwaves formed the shape of a penis, and raped my ear.

Honestly, i 'm gonna put it out there, and say that Muse is the greatest band of the last decade. Their first album came out in 99'. And every one since then, has been better than the last. Absolution was godlike, but this album just scratches past it, I think.

I have no idea how they even think of the music they write. They can't be fucking human.

I think I liked Absolution better.

I just really loved Absolution.

Yeah, I had a real tough time picking which one was better, but "Map of the problematique" and "Knights of Cydonia" clinched it for me. Those songs are a mindfuck.

Yeah, Cydonia is the goods.

Origin of Symmetry > Absolution

See, i've been a major Muse fan for a good three years now, I my opinion is the compete opposite of that. For me, Showbiz is their best album, very, VERY closley followed by the god-like Origin of Symmetry, Absolution was a bit to commercial for my liking, but was still utterly awesome. At first, I was not sold on Black Holes and Revelations, but now I love it, it's amazing, but still not their best. Best tracks on the new disc for me are: Assassin, MotP, City of Delusion, and Knights of Cydonia.

Also, if you think the albums are good, go seem them live, they are absolutly amazing, it's a total mind fuck how three guys can play music, that well, live. I'm seeing them three times this year:
