It's Kevin "Mordecai" Fertig. He'll eventually wrestle, and I assume that whatever-they're-calling-Shelly Martinez is going to be his manager.

Gangrel's supposed to be with them, too, but they may be saving that until Fertig actually debuts.

So far, most of ECW has been teases for upcoming debuts. They showed Test promos for three weeks, and they're up to #2 on Punk and Shannon Moore. Fertig's up to six or seven by now, I think.

But, yeah, eventually he'll be a wrestler.

If they would've actually kept him around long enough as Mordecai to give him a fair handshake, maybe they wouldn't have to repackage him with an even crappier gimmick. Mordecai could've worked, but not in WWE's hands.
