Not necessarily. While obviously all the action sequences will be CGI, there will probably be a suit that Grace will wear during dialog/non-action intensive scenes, like Maguire does with the Spidey suite.

If he be as large as he be in the comics, aye be doubting maguire will fill a suit.

Grace could easily be added, like when the symbiote pulls away to reveal Brock's face. Honestly, if someone huge isn't playing Venom, it will hurt the overall approach.
