What was the real reason Kevin Nash didn't show up at Starrcade '97?

I remember hearing the reason but cant recall. DDT Digest would have the reason as its the best place for WCW infomation and archives.

Missed a flight. They made Hall pay for it by letting Bret beat him up during a Zybysko match and having him tap to the SharpShooter

Here's what happened - Nash had been telling people for months he'd never job for The Giant, and it was a running joke. Day of Starrcade, he phones in saying he believes he's suffered a minor heart attack. He then shows up the next day and said it turns out it was indigestion.
