Should the WWE & World Heavyweight Titles be united?
 

What do you think? Should the WWE & World Heavyweight titles be united, and have it so that RAW and SmackDown! would form an alliance against ECW, also thus allowing not only the ECW "Extremists" to violate whichever program they feel like, but also then without a brand split superstars could compete on whichever shows they wanted whenever they wanted?

Oh fuck, I voted "Yes" on general principle, without even reading what you are saying. No the roster split should not end, and no, there should be no alliance against ECW. There should only be one Heavyweight Champion and one set of Tag Team Champions. The other Champions should appear on both shows.

But you see, you just defeated your own logic, and I'll show you how.
With only ONE (1) Heavyweight Champion between RAW & SD!, they, too would have to appear on both shows because they would be defending the Undisputed World Heavyweight Championship, and with all the other champions appearing on both shows, it would pretty clearly go to show that the brand split between RAW and SD! had ended. Thanks for hearing me out...:)

I never followed NWA but what I gathered is that each promotion has it's own champ but then there's a world Champ. I think they could elevate the IC and US titles to be the top titles of the respective brand but then have the World Title defended wherever. The champ has no allegance to any brand, he just goes to where the "money" is.

Please never use the words 'alliance' and 'ECW' in the same sentence it brings back painful memories.

I think they should unite all the world titles. WWE, WHC, TNA, New Japan, CZW, etc....

That may be the first time someone's ever suggested Uniting the New Japan and CZW titles.

CZW has a world title?

Honestly, I don't know.

Neither do I...watched an hour of it once...I was tempted to write to them and ask for an hour of my life back.

I've "given it a shot" in the past, but I don't remember if there's actually titles, other than king of the tardmatch.

CZW does actually have a World Title...they also have a Junior, Ironman, Death Match, Hardcore, and Tag. EDIT--Some of those are probably retired by now...

And if you were to unify all the belts, and take every ounce of credability they have, you still would fall short of the honorable WCW Hardcore Title when Eric Bischoff held the belt.

Absolutely NO to a Roster Split end. I don't want to see the Spirit Squad vs DX, Cena, and whoever else twice a week.

Technically, it has been defended in europe and Japan I believe.
