Zelda Phantom Hourglass release date.
 

I preordered Phantom Hourglass from Best Buy and although on their site it says Dec 1st. They e-mailed me yesterday and said October 17th is the date that it will come out. I am also mad FF 3 for DS got delayed from Sept 12 to November.

And...it's going to just plain rule. Like hard. Like you'll be wondering where the hell you even were and where the hell did this game come from.

And then...Twilite Princess. I tells ya....it's good to be a Nintendo Fan.

It's probably going to be awesome, but I have my reservations about the touch screen only controls. I think maybe the boss battles and dungeon puzzle could have been touch screen while the regular gameplay is d-pad. But Nintendo won't make a bad Zelda game so I'm sure the contol won't be as annoying as I think it might be at times.

I'm wary about Starfox Command AND Zelda being TS only (which is what they've been saying).

They made Majora's Mask and it was pretty shitty..

I liked Majora's Mask it was no OoT but it was fun.

I've been pretty pleased with the games that have been TS only. Kirby in particular, which I think utilizes the hardware better than any other DS game.

Kirby didn't appeal to me at all.

I haven't even completed the first level, but it's the game I pull out to show people that Stylus-only games can work.

Oh, I know they can work, I just don't like the game at all. I also don't like the idea of a title like Zelda or Starfox as TS only, especially if they're supposed to be within the genres previously established.

I'm with you. I hope they do turn out well, and the translation over to TS only works as well as I think it does in Kirby.

I'm hoping for the best, myself.

Also, Starfox worries me more than Zelda.

Playing as that little shitwad for the first third was annoying, the mask collecting was tedious.. Pretty shit, compared to ALL other Zelda games..

Only cool part was playing as a Goron..
