I was asserting that the Miz was even more behind the times than I had previously been joking about, given his "look" is mirrored in a video of a band parodying a well-established trend.

I wasn't claiming he was a member, anymore than people are claiming he was really Poochy.

2Gether was a parody band put together for a TV movie. They weren't a band so much as they were a movie, then later a TV show. As such, most of the characters were extreme (HOO RAH!) versions of boy band stereotypes.

It was the Monkees for the MTV Generation.
