I once hit the "Sweet Chin Music" during a real fight (I didn't do the tune-up foot stomp though, unfortunately). I think the dude was out cold, I was rapidly dragged away at that point.

When I was in school, this guy like half my size picked a fight with me. I wasn't really taking it seriously because I knew I could hurt him. But a few guys in the crowd knew I watch wrestling(and I'm a fairly big guy, so was known as 'the wrestler guy') and started yelling to do a wrestling move....... so I powerbombed him on the concrete. Ended having physio on his back. So that was pretty effective....... Ah back in the day :p
