Heyman would get pissed and do a shoot on TV about how ECW is fan based and more RAW than WWE will ever be. Heyman and the ECW brand quit and form their own group on TV and are more popular than ever due to the events at ONS2

Even if they built a massive Rob Van Dam effegy and burned Cena ala Wicker Man style, they'd just play it off as a "controversial" reaction to a "controversial" champion.

I think they'd say the fans were more anti-WWE than anti-Cena and seeing as how he's the WWE champ, he's gonna catch the most heat.

Vince would have cut the PPV the second Cena won and the barricades came down. The next night, Cena cuts a promo from a hospital like nothing is different... Even though he's missing a limb.
