First Finlay's "troll" to squash his popularity (which got him more over anyway, so much for his "plan"), and now THIS:

I think I'd mark out if Nick Dinsmore came to the ring one night on Raw and dropped the gimmick, saying that he was told to act like a "retard"...

Hahaha I was going to post this yesterday. Me and my girlfriend were going to go that show since she is from right around Clarksville. It is a pretty stupid thing to do since Dinsmore is well known there as stated above. So that would've drawn in non-wrestling fans who don't know he's Eugene and would want to see Dinsmore.

And wasn't he refered to as "Eugene Dinsmore" for a while after he debuted?

The most ridiculous thing in this is that when Eugene was out at one point after I believe a Triple H attack, Triple H made reference to "Mrs. Dinsmore".

Johnny Ace needs to be fired. Is it his idea to come up with gimmicks for guys as well? Was he behind The Dicks? Fuck, The Tolands were talented as Hell and then someone decided that is the best way to bring them in. Gimmicks should be given to guys when they actually need them.

When you really think about it, he came in as Justin "Hawk" Bradshaw. Then he lost his first name and his nickname and went from cowboy to cult secretery. Then he snaps into cattle baron mode and starts using his last name as a nickname for his real name. I had to write that twice, just to follow it.

So, technically, his name is John "Justin 'Hawk' Bradshaw" Layfield, or "SOB" for short.

I think 'nick dinsmore' is just as lame as 'eugene' ... it's going to take a hell of a lot more than simply going back to his real name to save him. He needs a real gimmick, he is no where near good enough to carry himself on a simple name putting out only half decent matches at best...

The point is "Nick Dinsmore" draws in that region, "Eugene" doesn't. Ace fucked up.

But yes, "Eugene" needs to die, and we need to get Nick Fucking Dinsmore wrestling matches on TV.
