I kind of feel like we discussed Lucky Louie on here before but I couldn't find a topic.

It came up in an HBO thread once, that's the closest I can come.

Good show.

I love it. It caught me by surprise the first time I saw it because it didn't seem to be like the bigger budget HBO series and I think that's what grabbed my attention and now I can't stop watching it.

Yeah. It actually looks like it's lower budget than most network/cable shows, and yet it's really well done.

The concept of the show is that it's supposed to be stripped down and simplistic, it's more about the performance; as well as sort of being an anti-sitcom, sort of against the more idealistic way a normal sitcom portrays American life.

Pretty awesome. Good slot, too. I'll never forget to watch it when it's after Entourage.

They squeezed it in right between Entourage and Tourgasm, banking on lazy people like me to not change the channel between the two. Great show though. The episode with Lucy acting like a brat was hilarious. "Our kid used to be all cute, now she's a fucking asshole."

I'm undecided on it. I don't hate it, and I do laught at it, but sometimes it just feels as though it is trying too hard to be offensive which kills the joke for me. I dunno. It's decent. Better than The Comeback in terms of comedy, that's for damn sure.
