You heard right, the match was actually quite good. I got a little upset when it ended, so it was doing something right. Daivari is the man.
I don't think I'd be ruining anything if I said the WWE is having second thoughts with Khali. He is actually not that bad, what with the match against Chris Candido making it onto these boards, and his Last Man Standing Match with The Undertaker being a good one.
Next week, I'd have Khali squash some guy. A jobber would probably be best. Then have Daivari tear into Khali about how he's not so "Great", and that he has embarassed him and is nothing but a piece of shit, etc. Daivari then kicks Khali in the balls and starts jumping around the ring all angry-like. Khali isn't really phased, though, and beats the shit out of Daivari. Khali then gets on the microphone and says something about kicking Daivari's ass next week.
Daivari is squashed by Khali, but only loses via disqualification, because Sylvester Terkay and Elijah Burke come out and beat-down Khali with their stiff style. Daivari then becomes their respective managers. Maybe stick him with Montell Vontavious Porter, as well?
They can still drag out this Khali thing, but I think it would work much better if he was the face.
