No.

He meant it in "like a brother" fashion, but didn't use the word "like". They have on-air (and even in-indy-fed) history as being friends and partners, though.

When Rhyno first joined the wwe Vince wanted him to debut as C&E's little brother but Edge and Christian didnt like it and made a suggestion to vince that he could become their muscle instead since most people already knew him as rhyno from ecw
