Tell me about Psychosis
 

I've never seen him wrestle, think I see him on one of the old WCW games, he wore/wears a mask doesn't he? Anyway that's about all I know.

I think Kidman beat him and he removed the mask in 2000. I think he still wrestles in Mexico

As is usually the case with masked men,there are actually a couple of Psychosis'.

The one from WCW is the most famous (and original) one.He began wrestling when he was 18,and trained with Rey Jr. (Mysterio).He lost his mask in 2000 to Billy Kidman like Mikey said,but that was here in The United States; he had already lost the mask back in Mexico to his trainer Rey Jr.

Since WCW,he's worked for WWA in Australia,NWA-TNA here in the US,and several other promotions.He still works in Mexico,where despite being unmasked,he is still listed as one of the best wrestlers to come out of Mexico.

Also,I'm not sure if you wanted to know anything about
his time in WCW,but if you do, here is a little bit for you

(once from Rey Jr; once awarded the title from Lenny Lane)

Part of "The Filthy Animals" with Rey Jr,Konnan,Tygress,Disco,
Kidman and Juvi (I think that those were all the official members
of the group,IIRC).

Also part of The LWO - Latino World Order - with like 7 million others.

I can't find any of his other costumes (and he had loads), but this should do it.

Ha. I remember him from WCW. Him and La Parka always scared the crap out of me.

he was also in ECW as psicosis.

Which was actually his original Mexican name. Like a lot of the WCW luchadores, his name was translated to English.

Examples:

Rey Misterio = Rey Mysterio
Konnan = Konan (They changed it back after a while)
Psicosis = Psychosis
Ultimo Dragon = Ultimate Dragon (Again, they changed it after a while)

So on and so forth.

I think Psychosis and La Parka work in a Mexican Wrestling called, Triple L= Lucha Libre Latina Vs Triple A, because I saw it Yesterday at 1:00 in the channel 57, he was wrestling alright but I think the wrestling show sucked.

Didn't Psychosis wrestle as Nicho El Millonario in Mexico for a while after he lost the mask, or am I thinking of someone else?

Loopydate; he did indeed work under Nicho el Millonario.

I believe that was in 2000,as you said,after he lost the mask.

Also,I think I was wrong above when I said he lost the mask
in 2000,it might have been in 1999; because I seem to rem-
ember seeing him w/o the mask in 1999.

I'm pretty certain he also wrestled as El Savage for a little while. Like how Rey Jr. used to wrestle as Colibri.

Anyways, aside from what everyone else said, Psicosis had a feud with Rey Mysterio Jr. (storyline wise, I mean, not real life) that pretty much lasted both of their careers until Rey went to WWE. It was more or less the lucha libre equivalent of Angle/Benoit or Flair/Steamboat.

If you want to see a match with Psychosis at his best, I'd suggest you find a copy of his match with Rey at Bash at the Beach '96 (It's on the Rey Mysterio "619" DVD) It's awesome.

I always seem to remember him as just psicosis, never psychosis in his WCW days.. but even so he's a top wrestler

Yeah,he went under 'Psychosis' for alot of his time,and still does for
the majority of his appearances in The United States. Loopy's desc-

Yeah, It was LAte 1999 when he lost the Hair v. The Mask match with Kidman, I'm not sure of the exact time, but it was somewhere between Halloween Havoc and the Mayhem PPV's
