WORST Seinfeld Episode

Or at least "sub par".

Dunno, "The Deal" where Jerry and Elaine have that casual sex while trying to keep the friendship is pretty boring IMO.

Penner 08-30-2006 01:53 PM

the first one

Stickman 08-30-2006 02:08 PM

I'd agree with the first one. I do know there was another one later on but I really can't think of it right now.

Gertner 08-30-2006 02:14 PM

The two part episode where Kramer goes to LA

Triple A 08-30-2006 02:23 PM

That episode was actually one of my favorites. That was a GREAT episode. Dunno what you are talking about.

The first episode is definitely the worst though. The first season is pretty weak in general compared to Seinfeld at its best.

The Mask 08-30-2006 04:37 PM

o rly. see i tried watching like half the first season of seinfeld cause i never liked it and thought it was rubbish, and after continued watching i still thought it was a bag of wank. i have all seasons downloaded though so i'll check some later stuff out.

The Miz 08-30-2006 04:40 PM

The Keys

Penner 08-30-2006 05:07 PM

Yeah the LA one was hilarious.

Buzzkill 08-31-2006 12:50 AM

The One 08-31-2006 01:17 AM

The Stranded...where Jerry and Elaine get stuck at a boring party...it's starts out ok, but then once the dude goes to Jerry's apartment with a hooker or something...it's boring as all get out.

Xerzes 08-31-2006 02:31 AM

The last one. It seemed to be designed so that the viewer wouldn't feel as bad about the series ending. It succeeded.

Well said I think you're right. That was actually rather boring.

Crippla 08-31-2006 10:06 PM

I'll have to agree with Trip about the first season especially the first episode. Though there is not one episode that I can't stand because I like the series in general, the first season isn't that great compared to later on.

The One 09-01-2006 04:45 PM

Yeah the entire first season was pretty weak, season 2 didn't get a whole lot better...infact I don't think it was until Season 4 that it got really good.

McLegend 09-01-2006 05:15 PM

The parking garage

Fox 09-01-2006 11:16 PM

The chinese restaurant is pretty boring and uneventful.

Nervous Ferret 09-01-2006 11:18 PM

I concur with el Foxo. And the One, season 1 and 2 were still awesome, just not up to par with the rest

The Naitch 09-01-2006 11:31 PM

The Deal is pretty terrible I agree

I actually liked that one. Isn't that the only episode not in Jerry's apartment?

Avenger 09-02-2006 01:46 PM

No, there was another one but I can't remember what it was.

John la Rock 09-02-2006 04:30 PM

all of season 1

JeRz 09-03-2006 02:39 AM

Being a big fan of the series, and looking back at all the seasons so far on DVD, Season 1 was down right horrible.

Jesus Shuttlesworth 09-03-2006 03:53 AM

The last episode was pretty awful, especially since they made up a fake town in the show

D Mac 09-03-2006 07:18 AM

"The Robbery" on season 1 (i think) was a pretty funny episode.

M-A-G 09-03-2006 01:50 PM

The last episode, hands down.

I think the other one that didn't show Jerry's apartment is "The Dealership".

MVP 09-03-2006 09:43 PM

Season 3 and on is gold

Didnt they change the ending because many anticapated that Jerry and Eliane would get married?

Dunno, but even Jerry Seinfeld himself felt that the fans were going to hate it.

NeanderCarl 10-30-2006 04:49 AM

Worst episodes were The Puerto Rican Day and that backwards episode where Sue Ellen got married in India. Both from the final series. The Frogger machine was pretty dire too. In it's prime, Seinfeld was all about the realism with a dash of the absurd. By the time Larry David walked away, it was just a surreal show with occasional flashes of reality.

Stickman 10-30-2006 03:10 PM

The Frogger machine was awesome

that backwards running episode was brilliant! I thought that was the best ep they had out of the last few seasons!

The whole part with Kramer:
Jerry: "Hey, do you wanna share a pizza?"
Kramer: "Oh, no, I don't wanna intrude."
Jerry: "C'mon, we're neighbours, we can share everything"

And Jerry talking to someone about the internet.

Sorry, but I gotta disagree with you here, that ep was excellent.

I didn't care much for 'the deal' tho I gotta say...but the parking garage is awesome, as is the chinese restaurant

Jeritron 11-02-2006 04:49 AM

I'd say the first episode and the last episode are the two worst, and the only 2 that I can honestly say I dont love.

BCWWF 11-05-2006 03:03 AM

Puerto Rican Day Parade was pretty average, if I remember right
