About a WWE and THQ game that was WWE's Hall of Famers. I am sure WWE could somehow find legal rights to license a game in their likeness since they agreed to be in their Hall of Fame. Plus it would be an incredible game and might give us a year or two off of their never ending SmackDown series.

One word...

Legends of Wrestling.

As much as fans dream for days of lore, it isn't enough a selling point to make an impact.

I think they could have a "Legends Mode" or "Old School Mode" or some other catchy name for a season mode that is strictly with the in-game legends.

Legends of Wrestling sucked because the engine sucked. I would love to see them do one with old arenas, moves, and wrestlers. I'm sure they could pull off a 50 man roster if they count a few current wrestlers.

They could, but they won't. Me? I'd have a special "Legends" disk that comes with the core game. It'll be using SD!'s engine but everything else would be vintage 80'-90's WW[F]. And what the hey; 90's WCW and ECW just for show. This idea falls between the ones stated above and I can't imagine how it can be difficult with developers putting more and more extra garbage content for $10 extra dollars already.

I'd pay $20 extra for a Special Edition package like that.

As would I, but the extra time it would take to do all the wrestlers, arenas, etc PROPERLY would eventually get them into releasing it as it's own game anyway.

And when I say "properly", I don't mean make a shitload of guys in their CAW with new faces, throwing a block WWE logo on the RAW set and calling it a day.

There is a mod for No Mercy in the works that is all wwe legends

I didn't know they had any other full mods in the works. I've been playing ROH vs. TNA and have an account there. :cool:

Legends of wrestling II had an amazing career mode. Gameplayy was so horrible I couldn't get far in it though. If they could take that and put it in a game with a sound engine, I would orgasm.
