Rockstar Supernova
Has anybody been watching this show? It's pretty good but I can't believe all signs point to Lukas winning. People are saying it's already been decided weeks ago that Lukas was going to be the winner. I can't stand the guy. If they're going for looks, sure he makes sense. But the guy is terrible, you can't understand a word he says and his voice is so deep and mumbly it just sounds horrible. He has no presence on stage and moves around like a 2 year old. I'm so surprised he was in the bottom three for the first time last night. I would pick any of the other three before him. Hopefully the rumours are wrong.

I would say it's between Lukas and Magni, with Toby as the dark horse. I really don't see them hiring a female singer, no matter how good Dilana might be.
I really don't see what the fuss about Lukas is. Like I said, the guy is terrible. I think Magni is the dark horse in all of this, It should be between Magni and Toby. I can't see Lukas fronting that band. The other three could, yes even Dilana. They would never hire a chick like you said.
Dilana would be more interesting as a solo artist.
You're right about that. I think they'll all do well for themselves if they keep to it.
It doesn't really matter because SuperNova isn't going to do a damn thing.
It's a money grab. |
Dilana blew it when she cracked up and she has no song writing skills, they are looking for a complete package - she fucked up the media interviews and then lost the plot and threw a glass. She's out.
Lukas isn't going to win, he's been too inconsistant. It's going to come down to Magni and Toby, with Toby taking it out. I can't believe they got rid of Storm last night, I'd rather watch her tits for another week over Dilana's horror head. |

If Lukas or Dilana win I wouldn't even bother downloading their album, let alone buy it.
I seen ads for the show, but I haven't bothered to watch.
Now you know. |
I wasn't aware Motley Crue had a drummer vacancy.

ROUTE OF ALL EVIL TOUR |
So the rumours were right. I can't believe that Lukas had the most votes, I smell a fix. The guy is seriously terrible. At the end when he did the songs with the band he looked and sounded awful. It's such a disappointment. I was looking forward to seeing these guys when they come to Vancouver, but no way would I even consider buying a ticket to see Lukas. I probably won't even download their music. Lukas would fit in with a punk band, not a band with members of Metal icons. I was hoping for Toby as you can at least understand his vocals.
Looking at the supernova website message board not too many people are happy about the choice. It's a good read.
LOL one thread has 25 pages of bagging the crap out of Lukas
They were probably hoping for a decent band and were disappointed. Just like me.
Wow, people are really pissed off about this. It's petty damn funny.
Honestly it's the best result - Supernova is a nothing band that will only record one album and do a pissant club tour. Lukas is a nothing singer that will dissapear once the other three move on to their next projects.
I think Lukas was the best choice for them
a cross between Freddy Mercury and Buckley
I voted for Evan
Lukas was shit.
The final four went Lukas Dilana Toby Magni, I would have had it Toby Magni Lukas Dilana, with a massive gap between the first two and the other two. Toby's original was pretty sweet, I heard it's got massive downloads all over the place since he did it. |
You can hear it on his band's MySpace, properly mixed and produced that song will be a hit.
They just didn't want as lead singer who would outshine them in any way. They wanted Lukas because he's a generic douchebag with no presence. God, that song headspin made me want to vomit.
