I remember he was briefly involved in a storyline with Kurt some time ago but I can't remember exactly what happened. Also, is he still a wrestler or was he brought in just for that?

I'm sure he is still involved in Wrestling. I'm surprised WWE hasn't tried to bring him back as a maineventer claiming he taught Kurt all he knows. He dated Nidia for a while, so i guess thats something.
