I like Carlito, but some of the ratings are ridiculous in here. The fact that some have given him higher than Jericho. Hes not a 5 in terms of how well hes over, maybe not even a 4. Not yet. And on the mic hes great, but a 5?! Thats the same rating the Rock or Angle would get in this category.
