it says this movie is based on real events, if this is true then can someone fill me in on those events.

It's based on Serial Killer Ed Geen (sp?) Who would cut off parts of female skin and wear them as masks...Think about it as Extreme Crossdressing, since he supposely sewned an vagina to himself at one time..
