Wow, it's not often that I am moved to post a thread about one movie, but man, this is probably the second or third worst movie I've ever seen. Seriously, terrible performances, terrible writing, even the camera work was crap.

Avoid at all costs. Wow, this is one of the few times I've come out of a movie legitimately angry. I honestly dislike myself for paying money to see this movie.

Even Christopher Walken?

I've heard this really isn't a comedy like the marketing suggests, and has more of a political drama/thriller overtone to it. Kinda weird. Looked like crap anyways, though.

Boondock-Nah, it ain't a comedy, as the ads suggest. It seems like it's supposed to be 3 movies in 1, 1 part comedy, 1 part drama, 1 part thriller, all terrible.

Robin Williams is a funny guy and his standup is great but his movies are god awful...at least the past 10 years.

I think Robin Williams is great, but he's not good for movies. The guy is a talk show genius. I love when he has a movie coming out because he's gold on Leno and Letermin. He just shouldn't do movies unless he's the bad guy.

I thought he was awesome in Hook. And Mrs. Doubtfire, Good Morning Vietnam, Patch Adams.

One Hour Photo was good too.

I suggest Bulworth. Similiar concept in a lot of ways. Not saying exact same movie, but similiar. Plus it's way fucking better on so many levels.

MAN OF THE YEAR

I didnt think it was that bad. Not great but not horrible.

The best way to describe it is awkard. The half thriller half comedy half drama did not sit well in the slightest

I just saw this two days ago. SEVERELY disappointed. From the beginning it was awkward because yeah, we all know Robin Williams but they didn't develop his character or give the audience time to EVEN CARE about this guy. They just went WHAM, right into him running for president.

There were so many loose ends and a lack of common sense with some of the characters (Mainly the main chick. She made me want to stab her by the end.) The writing was just fucking terrible.

Awful.

On the other hand, http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0312773/ is a pretty good film.

After having seen the trailer I have decided I will never see this movie.
