I do not know the difference between the following artists:

James Blunt/John Mayer/John Legend/Daniel Powter

I know I'm going to get harrassed (sexually) for saying the following:

Led Zepplin/Pink Floyd/ZZ Top/Van Halen

I realize that none of the above bands are remotely similar but I have never bothered to listen to any of them and for some reason they are all grouped together in my mind.

And every emo band.

U????

Dunno who Mayor is, Powter is ok, Blunt is a...well cunt, the rest rule:y:

I thought Led Zeppelin had a pretty distinct sound.

I'm not sure how anyone could confuse EVH with ZZ Top (More southern flavor), Pink Floyd (Experimental), and Zepplin (Electrified blues rock).

Blunt and that mess only have one song I like between 'em, and I can't even remember who did it. "Bad Day" is not my favorite, but it's a decent tune.

John Legend is black.
John Mayer plays a good blues guitar.
The other two are garbage.

John Legend has approximately 2374% more talent that the other guys mentioned above...that's the difference!

Kinda agree with the emo band thing tho.

Kane Knight 10-20-2006 07:55 PM

I have to agree on 99% of emo, BTW. Whiny, nasally vocals, and the same three guitar riffs.

RoXer 10-20-2006 08:05 PM

John Mayer is actually a very good guitarist.

MVP 10-21-2006 12:00 AM

That's enough John Mayer

SecretDesire 10-21-2006 01:34 AM

More John Legend...the rest are really for females to listen to to be quite honest.

John Mayer's guitar skills are rivaled by that of a large puma.

So, question: Do you really have such a low opinion of women, or are you using yourself as a measure?
