Well:

The Hening/Lesner one at 40,000 feet

The Goldberg/Jericho one, where Goldberg got Pwned!

I know Show and Benoit had one backstage once, was planned though. And I think Benoit won

Lex Lugar was in a shoot in a cage with someone, can't remember who, they started shooting on him, so he up'd and left

That rubbish one where johnny b bad announced to the world that his real name was Tom Brandi!!! Wow!

Sorry.

At training sometimes we have 'shoot' matches, in short it's basically trying to make the other guy tap out, no striking, just holds etc. So basically like an amature wrestling match

You both start on your knees and then go at it

Um, IIRC, Johnny B. Badd's real name is Marc Mero. He was shooting on the "Salvatore Sincere" character, also known professionally as Tom Zenk (again IIRC), whose real name is Tom Brandi
