Name a game you knew sucked but played and liked anyway!
 

It could be one from now or one you played before, one that was released before and you didn't play until now, or one you remember playing from a long time ago that sucked but you didn't know any better.

Just be honest and let us all know about the guilty pleasures you had playing the games that everyone hated and/or sucked, but you ended up enjoying them for things that no one else saw. And why did you like 'em to begin with?

it was annoying as fuck, but it was a REALLY hard game, so i Just challenged myself, I beat it, and then i whipped it across my street and had my dad (was too young to drive) run it over with a car. ok that didn't really happen, but it should have.

The Dynasty/Samurai Warriors series gets a lot of flack, but man I love those games. So perfectly mindless :love:

In all honesty, my cousin told me Final Fantasy 7 sucked and it was a waste of time when it first came out. I bought a PS1 weeks later and the rest is history

Everybody says Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness is complete crap, but I loved it. I still haven't beaten it yet (haven't really played it often), but it's great.

I'm pretty sure if NFL Street 3 sucks, it won't matter.

Lord of the Rings: The Third Age

The story is pretty lame, the gameplay is blatantly ripped off of FF10, none of your stats mean anything at all, half of the characters in your team are totally worthless, and the AI keeps jumping back and forth between insultingly easy and enfuriatingly hard. Still, I played it to the bitter end, because dammit, I play games from beginning to end, no matter what!
