I'm very afraid for the timing of when he gets a face turn. Remember about a year and a half ago when a certain Chain Gang Soldier was so popular a heel that they turned him face to satisfy the crowd. We're still dealing with that today. I'm worried that the writers will do the same thing with the Mr.

He was AWESOME on Smackdown this week. So yeah, totally class.

Kennedy is one of the few guys I'm actuall enjoying him right now. He's solid in the ring, and pretty damn awesome on the mic. Provided he doesn't screw around, he will be an awesome guy to have in the main event.

But....this...isn't the mid 90's. Kennedy has great microphone skills, along with some talent in the ring. From what I see he has a semi-good connection with the fans. So where do you get that he wouldn't have even made Heat? I know he's pretty far from being a main-eventer, but at the same time he's a very decent mid-carder....

I'm pretty sure anyone who's saying he wouldn't survive in the mid-90s is looking at things from a nostalgia perspective. You know, like "The 70s were awesome for music! The hits were great!" "What about the singer/songwriters?" "...."

There was a lot of shitty talent, even in the mid 90s. Hell, even in 98-99...I mean, you want to talk about shitty talent, look at a lot of the mid and undercard guys from the full blown Attitude Era. I don't know. Even if Kennedy were awful, there'd be a place for him on the roster. He's not though.

Yeah, I knew where he was coming from. 'All the bad talent, Kennedy is worse than they were', but just the pure fact that he would compare Kennedy to alot of the horrible talent in the mid 90's...:wtf: But I do see what you mean. And I'd definitely have to agree....Attitude did have a good bit of horrible talent....and it's very sad that they were utilized, at least, a bit better than alot of the good talent WWE has under them today.

I think Kennedy has got enough potential to stick around for a long(ish) time and not get too much heat for it.

I'd love to see him go over UT at Survivor Series, just to see what they do with him next.

Plus this would be a pretty easy match to have him go over Taker' in. Being First Blood and all. Ref gets knocked down, Taker' makes Kennedy bleed, but Kennedy busts UT open as well. UT happens to be the one who the Ref sees first when he comes to.
