Amazon.com may be putting up 360 Core systems for $100. They're doing a poll between 4 different sales, and the 360 is in the lead by a huge margin.

There's no catch that I can see. Thinking about getting one.

Sale starts Thanksgiving Day (The 23rd, I believe?) at 11AM Pacific time.

There are a lot of companies that are dropping the price of the 360 for the holidays. It won't be permanent though so if you're looking to buy one it's the time.

Core systems don't come with a hard drive right? So I'd have to buy one or a memory card to save my games, eh.

Coming up with $100 + S&H is.

I'm going to try to, I just don't have my hopes up... The one thing I'll have going for me is that I'll be at work, meaning I have access to a 100Mbs connection.

Credit Card...is the problem for me...grr, and I really been talking about upgraded to an 360...

I'll worry about the HDTV thing later.

Sold out within 30 seconds of launch. I tried. I was on there to the second.

Yeah I fucked up @ 2:00 I hit the Xbox 360 core console and it brang me to the 300$ price one. Hindsight says I should have just hit refresh.

I doubt it would have mattered, I was there on the second and the servers were fucked. Living on the east coast, I probably had no chance.

I couldn't even get on 4 minutes before the sale was supposed to start :nono:

I had problems here in GA. 5 minutes before it was going a little slow. Didn't see the screen again until I tried Internet Explorer at 2:07.

A lot of people had problems because the servers were hit pretty hard.

Yeah I was there like 15 minutes before, constantly refreshing, and as soon as 2PM hit, I was fucked.

I could have got 2 systems for 350 :(
