By no means is Jerry Lynn ever someone you could build a promotion around, but IMO he is one of the best pound for pound wrestlers ever.

I recently got a video off of Ebay of ECW: Guilty As Charged 2001.
It has RVD VS Lynn during what I believe was the most exciting period between those two shortly before WWE bought ECW... Ahh... Good times... |

Lynn is awesome, but he will never carry a promotion. He's the guy you know will give you quality matches, but you aren't banking on him putting asses in the seats. His feuds with Justin Credible and RVD were golden. The problem is, at least in the one with RVD, people walk away usually remembering how cool RVD is, not how well the two worked together.
