how do i use a custom pic as my gamertag pic
 

i can get the pic to read via the usb port, but i see nowhere of where to copy it over and/or use it as a gamertag pic

Can you do such a thing anyway? I haven't heard of that.

You may have done this first but go to the area where you choose your GT pic and see if there's any new options or something while your cams hooked up.

Yea you can use your own face, but two things come with that:

1) you need to buy the stupid cam for the 360
2) only people on your friends list can actually see the custom pic, everyone else sees a regular old gamertag pic.

speaking of cams, i played this one dude in bankshot billiards 2 or whatever it's called and he was laying on a bed looking totally in drag. :(

luckily no, i try to avoid anyone with a cam, for that exact reason.
