I was wondering if a chinese goldfarmer would ever spam this site, a TPWW first?

Basically these services let you pay real life money for in-game currency, or you can pay and give them your account info and they will play your character 24/7 and level it very quickly.

But buying gold is against the rules in just about every game (except EQ2, IF you buy it from Sony, and only on specific servers.) So you risk getting caught by the company and banned. And giving your account out for a power level is just stupid and asking for trouble, it's very easy for a company like Blizzard to track your IP addresses logged in and they can tell if a Chinese IP logs in 5 minutes after one in Texas.

Lots of people get banned for this, and also, like RP said, most of these fishy sites have a keylogger attached, which will lead to your account getting hacked and all your items deleted. Blizzard (or whichever company I'm sure) will restore the items but it takes time, and it's not always a 100% refund of items lost, for example in WoW, you will get all your gear back but any enchants you had put on your gear will be lost, which sucks because some enchants go for 200+ gold each (ie. about 25 bucks in USD)

I suggest a mod should delete the link just in case there is something nasty on the site.

Some people like to argue that they can't compete with the people with the best equipment unless they buy gold so they can buy better equipment.

These people are retarded, because the best gear always has and always will be picked up from dungeons, not the Auction House.

The only reason I see to buy gold, atleast if I was gonna, was to get my paladin epic mount training. Since it would be my 3rd time having to farm that much money.
